La prima colazione è un pasto molto importante, in inglese il termine “break-fast” significa “interrompere il digiuno”, infatti, il primo pasto della giornata ci serve a interrompere il digiuno notturno. La colazione dovrebbe essere un vero pasto da Re: il pasto più gioioso e gratificante della giornata!
Se state per uscire di casa senza aver mangiato qualcosa, pensate che "saltare" la colazione, predispone a mangiare di più e peggio durante la giornata. Una buona prima colazione, fornisce l’energia giusta per affrontare la giornata, ci rende più felici e ci mette nelle condizioni migliori per fare scelte alimentari intelligenti, per l'intera giornata.
Amo la prima colazione perché è un nuovo inizio, nel senso più allargato del termine. A febbraio, in attesa della primavera, chiedo a tutti di concentrarci sulla colazione…iniziare bene, per vivere ogni giorno come una nuova opportunità. Parleremo ancora di colazione, prestissimo. Compiti per tutti: fare la lista della spesa e comprare cibo buono da mangiare a colazione. A presto!
